On December 25th, we will commemorate the 152nd anniversary of the birth of Helena Rubinstein, a renowned businesswoman from Kraków. To mark this occasion, we are honored to invite you to the premiere of a short animated film that refers to the exhibition “Helena Rubinstein. First Lady of Beauty” displayed at the Galicia Jewish Museum in 2022 and 2023. In collaboration with Pigeon Studio, a Kraków-based animation studio, we would like to invite you to an online event where you will be among the first to view this exceptional production. Following the premiere, there will be a Q&A session with Kinga Banasik, a member of the Exhibitions Department at the Galicia Jewish Museum and curator of this exhibition. She is also currently a doctoral candidate at UKEN researching the life and media image of Helena Rubinstein.
