We would like to invite you to a meeting with one of the last living witnesses to history.

Ms. Lidia Maksymowicz, as she says herself, survived Auschwitz thanks to the courage and devotion of her mother, and thanks to numerous coincidences. She is the longest living child among Auschwitz prisoners. Ms. Lidia Maksymowicz will tell us more about the horrors of Auschwitz, the experiments by Dr. Mengele, post-war trauma, and meeting Pope Francis on Sunday, February 27th at the Galicia Jewish Museum.
