Like each year, the Galicia Jewish Museum will once again join the all-Polish program titled “Seniors’ Weekend with Culture”, which was initiated by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.

On October 4th-5th, all persons aged 60+ will be able to purchase tickets to the museum at a special, discounted price of 10 zł.

On Saturday, October 4th at 11:00, we would like to invite you to a curatorial guided tour through the temporary exhibition “Henryk Reiss Must Cease to Exist”. Admission is free.

The exhibition “Henryk Reiss Must Cease to Exist” presents the dramatic story of the Reiss family— Henryk, his wife Łucja, and their daughter Elżunia— who hid their Jewish identity during the Second World War and the Holocaust.

The guided tour will be led by Tomasz Strug, Galicia Jewish Museum Deputy Director and Chief Curator.
