Information Clause on the Processing of Donors’ Personal Data
GALICIA JEWISH HERITAGE INSTITUTE FOUNDATION
- The personal data obtained are protected pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).
- The controller of your personal data is the Galicia Jewish Heritage Institute Foundation, with its registered office in Kraków (31-052), ul. Dajwór 18, entered in the Register of Associations maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000199737.
- In the case of a donation made by bank transfer to our bank account, we process personal data provided to us by the bank, i.e.: first name and surname, address, bank account number and information about the amount of the donation. If you contact us electronically in connection with your donation, we will also process your email address.

The above personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- to process the donation pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- to fulfil legal obligations incumbent upon us, including those arising from the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- to send acknowledgements and provide information about our activities and opportunities for further support, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the controller.

Personal data will be processed by us:
- for the purposes specified in point 4(a) and (b) – for the period necessary to fulfil the relevant obligations,
- for the purposes specified in point 4(c) – until you exercise your rights resulting in the necessity to cease processing your personal data for these purposes.
- Your data may be entrusted for processing to entities providing hosting, mailing, accounting and postal services to us. These entities may access your data solely for the purpose of performing services on our behalf under a personal data processing agreement and may not use them for other purposes or disclose them to other entities.
- You have the right at any time to access the content of your processed data and to rectify them, request restriction of processing, object to the processing of personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to request erasure of your personal data.
