From November 25th until November 27th, 2025, at the Cape Town Holocaust & Genocide Centre, South Africa, a screening of Holocaust-themed films, co-organised by the Galicia Jewish Museum and the Camera of David Foundation, will take place.

The films which will be presented include “Treasure”, directed by Julia von Heinz, “Where Are You Going”, directed by Jasimie Kainy, and an animation based on the diary written in Przemyśl in 1939-1942 by a teenage girl, Renia Spiegel.

The screenings accompany the exhibition “Sweet Home Sweet: A Story of Survival, Memory, and Returns”, which opened in Cape Town on October 16th, 2025.

The project was financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland from the Fund for Promoting Culture.
