Can Dragons Help Matylda and Sasza Save the World? – A meeting with Barbara Sadurska, author of the books “Srebrny smok” (“The Silver Dragon”) and “Rada smoków” (“The Dragon Council”)
In the first volume of the book, Matylda, instead of going to Japan, goes on vacation to her grandpa’s place, a mysterious island of the Silver Dragon. Here she meets Sasza and discovers the magical language of the island’s inhabitants. Together they find a boat wreck, they renovate it, and find out how important it is to know first aid. Who is Matylda’s grandpa really?
In the second volume, Matylda discovers the unique school which is on the island. However, the world is in danger. Will the two girls go on a sea cruise to gather the dragon council and find a way to save the world? What happens, if they fail?
We will discuss friendship, liberty, and saving the lives of others. We will also think of the challenges young people face. Let’s spend a Sunday afternoon sailing around the world together with Matylda and Sasza, while the author will reveal a few sailing secrets…
