We would like to invite you to an expert panel discussion titled “(Dis)Information in the World of (Post)Truth” organized by the Institute of Political Studies and International Relations, the AntySchematy 2 Foundation, and the Galicia Jewish Museum. During the meeting, we will focus on our daily lives, in which we are constantly under the pressure of disinformation and fake news. We will also focus on propaganda in historical and contemporary contexts. Finally, we will take a closer look at the role of the media in shaping information and how it is presented to the public.

Both the workshop and the panel are part of a project under the same title. The project is aimed at teachers and local activists. Its aim is to grow awareness of how media work and to teach how to navigate through contemporary media and politics. A special focus will be put on the dangers of mass communication and its influence on civil society.
