The exhibition is on display at the Galicia Jewish Museum Bookshop, in the High Synagogue, ul. Józefa 38, Kraków
The exhibition Seven Beggars by visual artist Julie Weitz will present a dynamic installation of performance ephemera, including props, costumes, musical instruments, drawings, and photographs. During the Festival, Weitz and her collaborators will use the exhibition space to rehearse for their performances, inviting audiences to witness their preparation for a living and changing artwork.
This engagement is supported in part by Mid Atlantic Arts through USArtists International, a program in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts, the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and the Trust for Mutual Understanding. Seven Beggars is also supported by Asylum Arts at The Neighborhood: An Urban Center for Jewish Life.
In Polish and English. Free admission.
