Art has been an important part to any community. How did art develop in Kazimierz among the Jewish citizens of Krakow? Is Jewish art described this way because it was created by Jews, or perhaps it becomes Jewish art, when artists deal with themes related to the Jewish community? Is Jewish architecture limited to synagogues only, or did Jewish theater function only in Yiddish? We would like to invite you to a guided tour about the prewar and postwar culture of Kazimierz and its inhabitants.
