The temporary exhibition “Intersections” at the Galicia Jewish Museum features original, contemporary papercuts by Anna Wencel. They feature elements characteristic of Jewish papercuts, references to Polish and Ukrainian folk traditions, and inspirations from other cultural backgrounds. The exhibition subtly combines artistic and educational dimensions, serving as a backdrop for stories about cutouts, symbols, and their diverse meanings.
