Поговоримо про великі синагогі – збережені і не збережені – в Україні.
Дізнаємося, у чому різниця між синагогою, великою синагогою і темплем, а також що спільного й відмінного між церквою та синагогою.
На завершення відвідаємо Стару Синагогу на краківському Казімєжі.

We will begin with a guided tour through the exhibition “Unimaginable. The Void After the Great Synagogues” followed by a discussion on the great synagogues in Ukraine, both those that survived and didn’t survive the war.
We will also find out what the difference between a synagogue, a great synagogue, and a tempel is– what connects them, and what is different from the churches of various Christian denominations.
As a last point of our meeting we will visit the Old Synagogue in the Krakow’s district of Kazimierz.
