In light of the ongoing public health situation, we have implemented a number of rules that we ask you to respect when visiting our museum. These have been put in place to ensure the safety of our visitors and employees:
- Those entering the Museum are obliged to use the hand sanitiser which is provided in dispensers in the entrance area. It is also advised to use protective gloves
- Visitors are obliged to cover their mouths and noses. Appropriate coverings may include face masks, scarves, or protective shields
- Touring the exhibition is allowed only in one direction, according to the instructions
- Please keep a distance of at least 2 meters from other people
- The maximum number of visitors who can remain inside the museum simultaneously is limited, according to the rule of 15 square meters per person
- We encourage you to tour our museum individually; group visits are allowed for up to five people, bearing in mind the necessity of maintaining a distance of 2 meters from other visitors
- The Galicia Jewish Museum cafe serves takeout drinks only
- While making a purchase, only one person can remain at the cashier's desk
- We encourage you to pay with your bank card, smartphone, or to buy entrance tickets online
