Old Metropolitan Band is an unconventional jazz band which, since it was founded in 1968 until today, has been gathering wide acclaim by its lively music. Not only in Poland, but also abroad, OMB has quickly made its way to the top favorite dixieland bands. After years of creative work, the Krakow group has not lost any of its vitality and energetic drive. From classical jazz standards, through the well known evergreens such as “Route 66”, “Hit the Road Jack”, or “Summertime”, to the jazz version of “Sway”, or a Polish version of “What a Wonderful World”, the band's repertoire is also unusual.
